We want you to be happy with your order from Crafted By Me. Because every item is made to your specification, our returns policy is different from standard off-the-shelf goods.
Personalised products and change of mind
Our name decor is personalised and made to order using the name, font, colour, and size you choose. Under UK consumer law, personalised goods are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel once production has started.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you change your mind, ordered the wrong spelling, selected the wrong font or colour, or no longer want the item.
Please check your design carefully in the live preview before adding to your basket.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Where we agree there is a fault or error on our part, we will offer a replacement or a refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable.
