Orders and personalisation
You are responsible for checking that the name, font, colour, and size you select are correct before checkout. We produce items exactly as ordered.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described on our Delivery information page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
Returns and refunds

Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
